SEC is registered under the laws of the S.R. Vietnam. It is established at a time when Vietnam is experiencing im proved economic prospects and rapid industrialization. It seeks to meet and serve the industrialization needs of Vietnam.

The company comprises of a team of experienced staff with extensive international and local exposure. They bring a combination  of technical and marketing experience in the equipment and machinery business, mechanical, electrical, electronics and chemical fields.

SEC will serve and target the offshore, oil, gas, petrochemical, power generation and marine industries. We shall actively aid and participate in the development of S.R. Vietnam by bringing in modern and advanced technology and products from the development world, especially the USA, Canada, Europe and Japan. In the process, more Vietnamese people shall be educated and trained in the latest technology.
